Safety concerns raised by city council members were addressed by Chiang, who emphasized that the Dome primarily serves as a sports stadium and all events would be scrutinized according to established criteria and regulations. Although the usage permit for the Dome has been approved, the Taipei City Construction Management Office still needs to match the duplicate information with the approved content before issuing the permit.
